Refund Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final once the order has been produced and is ready to be shipped. However, we do accept returns in the rare case that the item arrives defective.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at daviddenzausa@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide instructions for the return.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Because all our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects upon arrival. This includes but is not limited to issues related to sizing, as it is the buyer's responsibility to follow the sizing instructions provided on our website.

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at Orders@daviddenza.com.
